Fix: Handle null values returned by transformers

- Fix bug where transformers returning null were not properly stored as NULL in database
- Previously, when a transformer's txModelToDatabase() returned null, the value was quoted as a string instead of being treated as SQL NULL
- This affected both INSERT/REPLACE and UPDATE operations
- Add comprehensive test coverage for the bug including both scenarios
- Fixes issue around line 134 in DataMapper where null transformer results were incorrectly handled
