Fix inclusion of web font and UI tests

The UI tests were failing because the web font cannot be loaded. I am not
sure how this was working at some point. Probably the line
`$fa-font-path: "webfonts"; // destination folder in dist` was doing
something. However, now I don't see that this variable is used anymore so I
removed that line.

This commit changes the directory where the JavaScript and CSS files end up
so the relative path within the CSS file to the web fonts is correct again.
(The relative path is e.g. `../webfonts/fa-brands-400.woff2` which comes
from `node_modules/@fortawesome/fontawesome-free/css/all.css`. So Fort
Awesome assumes that its CSS code is located in some sub directory next to
the `webfonts` directory.)
