feat(engine-core): ✨ feat: Add Kubernetes manifests for MySQL 5.7 deployment

This commit introduces Kubernetes deployment, service, PersistentVolume (PV), and PersistentVolumeClaim (PVC) manifests for running MySQL 5.7.

The configuration includes:

    A Service of type NodePort (port 3306, nodePort 30007).

    A Deployment that uses the mysql image.

    A PersistentVolume and PersistentVolumeClaim for data persistence under /var/lib/mysql.
