Fix stdout/stderr capture for output without trailing newlines

Summary: Fixed bufferedWriter to properly flush output that doesn't end with a newline character. Previously, commands like `ssh user@host "curl http://example.com"` would have their JSON response body stuck in the buffer and never logged or captured in stdout. The bufferedWriter.Close() method existed but was never called after command execution.
