Feature: ContextSnapshot.getCapturedValue for ContextManager. (#653)

* Feature: ContextSnapshot.getCapturedValue for ContextManager.

Returns the captured context value in the snapshot for a specific
context manager.

This is useful when you need to inspect or access a specific
context value from a captured snapshot without manually managing
the reactivation lifecycle.
