`log` package cleanup (#20)

* Update linter exclusion pattern to include log directory

* Add documentation comments to log package

- Add package-level documentation
- Document Logger variable and context key constants
- Update variable names for consistency (TraceIdKey→TraceIDKey,
  UserIdKey→UserIDKey)

* Rename log context key constants to use ID instead of Id

Update references to log.TraceIdKey and log.UserIdKey to use the new
log.TraceIDKey and log.UserIDKey constants for consistency with Go
naming conventions.

* Add log package to documentation sidebar

* Add GitHub Actions workflow for deploying docs to Pages
