refactor: Update dashboard Prometheus metrics

The dashboard metrics were updated to reflect changes in the
underlying Prometheus exporter schema, primarily switching to
using `dns_query_count` and restructuring aggregations.

This commit also includes:
*   Correcting the DNS cache hit ratio calculation logic.
*   Adding explicit color overrides for Allowed/Blocked queries.
*   Updating stat panels for better monitoring of recent state.
*   Changing time range default from 3h to 6h.
