feat: add auction and protection order types (#336)

* feat: add auction and protection order types

Add support for market/limit on close/open orders and protected order types:
- Market on Close (MOC) and Limit on Close (LOC)
- Market on Open and Limit on Open using OpeningAuction TIF
- Market with Protection and Stop with Protection (futures)
- Add OpeningAuction to TimeInForce enum

Includes comprehensive test coverage for all new order types.

* docs: fix API parameter types and add order update stream examples

- Update version from 2.0 to 2.1 in installation examples
- Fix historical_data to use TradingHours::Regular instead of boolean
- Fix realtime_bars to use TradingHours::Extended instead of boolean
- Add comprehensive order update stream monitoring examples for both sync and async
- Include examples of all OrderUpdate types: OrderStatus, OpenOrder, ExecutionData, CommissionReport, and Message
