refactor: migrate from deprecated from_fixedarray to from_array

- Replace @bytes.from_fixedarray() with Bytes::from_array()
- Replace Bytes::from_fixedarray() with Bytes::from_array()
- Use array slicing [0:len] where length parameters were needed
- Update documentation examples to use new API
- Mark from_fixedarray, from_iter, and from_iterator as deprecated

This addresses deprecation warnings and migrates to the preferred API
for creating Bytes from FixedArray sources.
