chore: Use external chakra error fallback

The application now consumes the centralized error handling
component from the published package:
`@rm-hull/chakra-error-fallback`.

This change removes the dedicated local error fallback file.

Additionally, sourcemaps are enabled for production builds in
`vite.config.ts`.
