refactor(Redirect): Condense logic and return null

Refactors the `Redirect` component for improved conciseness and
adherence to standard React practice.

*   Inlines the `useEffect` hook using the `void` operator.
*   The component now returns `null` instead of an empty fragment
    (`<>`) since it exists only to trigger a side effect.
