build: bump dfuzzer to 2.4

4d9b7c01d made dfuzzer work on FreeBSD
and dfuzzer was packaged in
https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-ports/commit/46202ce4b.
It pulls dfuzzer-2.3 and applies the patch. With dfuzzer-2.4 it should be
possible to stop applying the patch on top of dfuzzer-2.3 and just pull
dfuzzer-2.4 instead.
