vMCP: Add comprehensive tests for cache and registry components (#2407)

Add comprehensive tests for vMCP cache and registry components

Add test coverage for pre-existing vMCP infrastructure components:
- CachedToken helper methods (IsExpired, ShouldRefresh)
- ImmutableRegistry implementation (Get, List, Count, BackendToTarget)

This provides test coverage for the core vmcp types that were implemented
in previous PRs but lacked comprehensive tests.

Changes:
- Add cache_test.go with 26 test cases for CachedToken utilities
- Add registry_test.go with comprehensive registry behavior tests
- Fix linter issues (goconst, paralleltest)

Test coverage:
- pkg/vmcp/cache: 417 lines of tests
- pkg/vmcp/registry: 916 lines of tests
- Total: 1,333 lines of test coverage

All tests pass and are properly parallelized.
