[#48] fix: WebSocket connection for chat playground in production

Fixed hardcoded localhost WebSocket URL that prevented the chat playground
from connecting in production. Added environment detection to use the correct
WebSocket URL based on whether running in local dev (port 3000) or production
(proxied through nginx).
