feat: add automatic liquidity provisioning to DummyDexDepositor in post-deploy

Add liquidity addition logic to post-deploy script for devnet deployments:

- Add addLiquidityToDummyDepositor() helper function
- Automatically add 100 WETH + 100 USDC liquidity after deploying DummyDexDepositor
- Check existing reserves to skip if liquidity already exists (idempotent)
- Validate deployer has sufficient token balances before attempting
- Approve and transfer tokens to depositor contract
- Set initial exchange rate of 1 WETH = 1 USDC
- Gracefully handle failures without breaking deployment flow

This ensures DummyDexDepositor is ready for testing immediately after deployment
on devnet1 and devnet2 without manual liquidity provisioning.
