feat: Add interactive commit message editor

Replaces the simple confirmation prompt with a TUI-based
interactive editor using `bubbletea`.

This allows users to review and modify the generated commit
message before finalizing the commit.

- Use `Ctrl-X` to commit the edited message.
- Use `ESC` to abort the commit.
