Add CPrinter unit tests and fix critical syntax bugs (#11)

* Initial plan

* Add CPrinter unit tests and fix CPrinter bugs

- Added test_c_colourful and test_full_c_printer tests to test CPrinter
- Added _test_c_code helper function similar to _test_fortran_code
- Added _C_BASIC_TEST_CODE and _C_FULL_TEST_CODE templates
- Fixed bug in CPrinter.form_loop_open: changed comma to semicolon in for loop
- Fixed bug in CPrinter.print_decl: added missing semicolon at end of declaration
- All tests passing (32 passed, 2 xfailed)
