Improve deploy validation with better logging and test script

- Add detailed validation output showing tag vs main commit comparison
- Distinguish between 'just deploy' (latest main) and historical tags
- Add helpful error messages when tag is not from main branch
- Include deployment success summary at the end
- Add test script to validate deployment workflow logic

The validation now clearly shows:
  - When tag points to latest main (normal 'just deploy' flow)
  - When tag is from main's history (re-tagging old release)
  - When tag is from wrong branch (prevented with clear error)

Test with: ./scripts/test-deploy-validation.sh
