refactor: Remove unused types and functions

- Removed MatcherResult type - never used, matchUrl function was dead code
- Removed StorageKeys interface - type not needed, use const instead
- Removed matchUrl() function and related matchers (matchesSimple, matchesWildcard, matchesRegex) - never called in production
- Made HeaderRowOptions internal (not exported) - never imported
- Made MatcherRowOptions internal (not exported) - never imported
- Made TableRowComponent and TableRowUpdatable interfaces internal - only used as generic constraints
- Removed EventHandler export - kept as internal type
- Cleaned up matcher.test.ts - removed 23 matchUrl tests that were testing dead code
- Tests: 411 → 388 passing

All tests passing, full typecheck pass, formatted code
