Update CLAUDE.md: document Component Pattern architecture and type safety

- Add Type Safety Guidelines section:
  * Generic components without using `any`
  * Callback interface patterns
  * Event handler type casting
  * Union types for options
  * Null safety practices
- Update file structure to show new src/ui/lib/ directory
- Reorganize test organization by category (Component, UI, Core Library)
- Keep all technical details current and accurate
