perf(kb): streamline pagination accumulation

Replace repeated list concatenation in the Knowledge Base pagination helpers with prepend-and-reverse accumulation. This trims the O(n^2) behaviour seen on first loads before ETS warms up and noticeably reduces the time to build large page and block result sets.
