No longer check supernet at detailed_crypto_acl

This fixes #37 by suppressing invalid warnings if detailed_crypto_acl is
active.
But unfortunately it also suppresses a valid warning
for the special case mentioned in #37.
This can't be fixed, because crypto ACLs are not yet known when
analyzing supernet rules.
