feat: allow appending custom message to commit

This feature adds the ability for users to append custom text
to the AI-generated commit message body.

This is useful for adding necessary context (like **BREAKING
CHANGE** notes or detailed scope information) without having
to manually edit the full output.

The message can be provided via either `-m` or `--message`.
