Add unit tests for _get_datacite_schema and _validate_datacite_xml

- Add import of _get_datacite_schema and _validate_datacite_xml to test file
- Add test_get_datacite_schema to verify schema loading and caching
- Add test_get_datacite_schema_handles_errors to test error handling
- Add test_validate_datacite_xml_valid to test validation of valid XML
- Add test_validate_datacite_xml_invalid to test detection of invalid XML
- Add test_validate_datacite_xml_no_schema to test graceful degradation
