Improved the 'examples/listen.py' script

Details:

* Improved argument parsing: It now uses argparse and specifies only the
  listener host as a positional parameter and everything else as options.

* It now can set the maximum indication delivery queue size via a new option
  --max-queue-size.

* The indication processing callback now can sleep for some time to test queue
  full behavior, via a new option --sleep. It can also be set in the Python
  console via the 'sleep' variable.

* Added stopping the listener when exiting the console, to clean it up and
  this is required to not hang on exit.

* Removed unnecessary global statements.

* Removed duplicate showing of counters when resetting them.

* Renamed status() to counters() to better match what it does.

* Separated printing of parameters from Python console banner.

* Changed use of log in process_indication() to use print, so that any logs
  are always WBEMListener logs.

* Moved instructions how to create certfile and keyfile to the help epilog.

* Removed examples from the help epilog, because that is not necessary with
  the help.
