Refactor README and enhance test coverage

- Updated the Quick Start section in README.md to provide a more concise example of initializing the Rotor framework and rendering a label.
- Removed unnecessary UI constants and enums from README.md.
- Refactored DispatcherProviderPlugin, FieldsPlugin, FontStylePlugin, and ObserverPlugin to extend Rotor.BasePlugin for consistency.
- Added comprehensive unit tests for BaseModel, BaseReducer, BaseStack, BaseViewModel, DispatcherExternal, ListenerForDispatchers, PostProcessor, and FontStylePlugin.
- Introduced new utility tests for array and general helpers, enhancing overall test coverage.
