:rotating_light: Fix Vite CJS deprecation warning

Rename vitest.config.ts to vitest.config.mts to force ESM module
treatment. This eliminates the "CJS build of Vite's Node API is
deprecated" warning when running serverless tests while keeping
all source code as CommonJS for Cloud Functions compatibility.
