:rotating_light: Fix Vite CJS deprecation warning

Rename vite.config.ts to vite.config.mts to force ESM mode
loading of the Vite configuration file. The .mts extension tells
Node.js to load the file as an ES Module, bypassing the
deprecated CJS build of Vite's Node API.

This eliminates the yellow deprecation warning that appeared
when running tests while maintaining full compatibility with
the existing codebase.
