:white_check_mark: Add comprehensive test coverage for index.tsx

Replace placeholder test with mock-based testing that verifies
ReactDOM.render is called with correct arguments. Uses Vitest module
mocking to intercept render calls and validate App component is
wrapped in StrictMode and mounted to the root element.

Achieves 100% coverage for src/index.tsx (previously 0%).
