:white_check_mark: Add loading and empty state test coverage

Add comprehensive tests for loading states and empty data scenarios
to improve test coverage for Container and ResultTable components:

- Add loading state tests for Container to verify spinner behavior
  during search and proper state reset on error
- Add empty state tests for Container to handle empty results
- Add empty state tests for ResultTable to verify table renders
  correctly with no data (headers + pagination, but no rows)

All 59 tests pass with no console warnings.
