Add ultra-specific parser pattern for isolation test

- Change pattern to ^ro-crate-metadata-TEST-UNIQUE-PATTERN-12345\.json$
- Set parser level to 0 (highest priority)
- Create test file with unique pattern
- Update tests to match new configuration

This isolates the parser to test if duplication is from parser conflicts
or deeper in NOMAD's processing pipeline.
