:memo: Add Sphinx documentation infrastructure

Set up comprehensive Sphinx-based documentation.

Documentation includes:
- Main landing page with Windows-only warning and installation instructions
- Quick start guide with basic usage examples
- Full API reference with autodoc for AudioUtilities, AudioDevice, AudioSession
- Integrated code examples from examples/ directory using literalinclude

Infrastructure added:
- Sphinx configuration with ReadTheDocs theme
- Build scripts (Makefile and make.bat for Windows)
- Separate docs-requirements.txt for documentation dependencies
- Organized RST files in docs/source/ directory structure
