Add MCPGroup CRD documentation to operator architecture (#2302)

Add documentation for the MCPGroup custom resource definition which was
missing from the operator architecture documentation. The MCPGroup CRD
allows logically grouping MCPServer resources together for organizational
purposes.

- MCPGroup purpose and functionality
- Implementation file references
- Status fields description
- How MCPServers reference groups via groupRef
- Controller reference

This update ensures the documentation accurately reflects all six CRDs
