### Description
Small Tweaks for Season Opener Update

## Added
- Year Variable for a few Scrapers

## Updated
  - Will explore Env Var to replace this at some point
- Fixed Season Schedule Test after removing year parameter
- Fixed `get_odds_data` which has a different structure now than last
season
- Adjusted the following functions to use `urllib3` instead of
`requests` to avoid Cloudflare Block:
   - `get_transactions_data`
   - `get_boxscores_data`
   - `get_player_stats_data`
- Adjusted `get_boxscores_data` to simplify date logic
- Adjusted tests as needed

## Deleted
- Docker Compose Postgres File - this can just be individually spun up
from the other Docker Compose file
