feat(llm): Add argument validation for tool calls (#290)

Tool calls now validate arguments before execution, checking for missing
required parameters and unknown parameters. When validation fails, users
receive clear error messages indicating which required arguments are
missing and which provided arguments are unrecognized.

This validation occurs before tool execution and helps prevent runtime
errors by catching argument issues early.
