Refactor: Rename `release()` method to `destroy()` in `EmbeddedAspectran`

This commit renames the release() method to destroy() in the EmbeddedAspectran interface and its default implementation.

This change better communicates the method's purpose, which is to permanently shut down the Aspectran instance and release all associated resources, aligning with standard lifecycle terminology. Javadocs have been updated accordingly to reflect this more intuitive naming.
