fix: correct YAML frontmatter indentation in sample post

The welcome.md template had improper indentation in the YAML frontmatter,
causing markdown parsing errors. Changed from indented style to proper
YAML format without leading spaces.

This fixes the GitHub Actions test failure where "Parsed 0 posts"
because the welcome.md file couldn't be parsed.
