feat(engine-core): ✨ feat: Add ls-images command to retrieve loaded Docker images

Adds a new ls-images command to src/cli/run.js which retrieves and displays a table of currently loaded Docker images in the kind-worker node using UnderpostDeploy.API.getCurrentLoadedImages.

Also updates a string interpolation in src/cli/deploy.js for the kind-control-plane exec call.
