feat: add meta config system for admin ui generation

- add GameConfigFieldType enum with COLOR, STRING, and STRING_LIST types
- add field configuration interfaces with validation constraints
- add StringListValue type for list selections with items and selectedIndex
- add type-safe InferMetaConfigValues utility to link schemas to values
- add validateMetaConfigValues function with comprehensive validation
- update GameModuleConfig with getMetaConfigSchema and updated setupInitializationData
- add 96 comprehensive tests covering field types, schemas, type inference, and validation
- all tests passing (120 total)
