docs(readme): Move configuration example

Move the 'standard' and 'custom' configuration examples closer together
so the reader can better distinguish them.

We received feedback from several developers who got mislead and used
the 'custom' configuration instead of the 'standard' one, leading to
issues caused by the invalid UI5_DATA_DIR configuration.

This change attempts to prevent this misunderstanding.
