Remove JidoKeys dependency and simplify API key handling (#110)

* Refactor key management: Replace JidoKeys with dotenvy for API key loading

- Updated the key management system to load API keys from .env files using dotenvy at startup, removing the dependency on JidoKeys.
- Adjusted documentation and comments across various files to reflect this change, ensuring clarity on the new key loading process.
- Modified the `ReqLLM.Keys` module to prioritize application config and system environment for key retrieval.
- Updated tests to align with the new key management approach, ensuring consistent behavior across different environments.
