Fixed issue and added new tests for the issue where blazor sets a nullable string from null to empty which causes the validation to fali as an empty string is not null. The library considers nullalbe strings as optional if the validator was defined for a nullable string so it made sense to set it back to null instead of it failing etc.

Bumped version ready for patch release
