feat(component editor): Add bus labels mapping and helper function for serial ports

- user-friendly bus labels for FC Connection Type dropdowns.
    Users now see "GPS1 (SERIAL3)" instead of just "SERIAL3", making it easier
    for beginners to configure their flight controllers.
- Replace all ttk.Combobox with PairTupleCombobox in component editor
- All comboboxes now use tuple pairs for consistency
