feat: add noFollowExceptions config for SEO cross-linking

- Add noFollowExceptions config option to SiteConfig
- Implement nofollow link filtering in markdown processing
- Links to whitelisted domains are rendered without nofollow attribute
- All other external links retain nofollow for SEO compliance
- Bump version to 0.5.0 for new feature

This enables cross-linking between trusted related sites while maintaining
SEO best practices by automatically adding nofollow to all other external links.
