* fix: avoid serializing undefined token ids

* test: improve orders utils test coverage and organization

- Create dedicated test/orders/utils.spec.ts for testing orders/utils.ts functions
- Add comprehensive tests for serializeOrdersQueryOptions including edge cases
- Add tests for payload builders: getPostCollectionOfferPayload, getBuildCollectionOfferPayload

- Add comprehensive tests for deserializeOrder function
