Support convert to binary, cast from datetime to binary, correct varbinary to binary cast (#4196)

Changes:
Added missing convert function for binary inputs
Added support for CAST(datetime AS BINARY) operation

The convert function internally uses the cast function, which led to discovering and implementing the missing datetime to binary cast support.
