Fix best practices issues: HTTPS redirect, deprecated method, and logging

- Fix HTTPS redirect typo: fullurl -> fullUrl (lib/foaas.js:114)
- Replace deprecated res.sendfile with res.sendFile (lib/foaas.js:127)
- Add structured logging with winston:
  * Created lib/logger.js for centralized logging configuration
  * Replaced console.log with logger.info/error throughout lib/foaas.js
  * Added structured logging with JSON format and metadata
  * Configurable log level via LOG_LEVEL environment variable

All tests passing (461 specs, 0 failures).
