Add extended thinking and multi-turn tool calling support

- Add pre_validate_options/3 to translate reasoning_effort to budget_tokens
- Support Claude extended thinking via additionalModelRequestFields (Converse) and thinking parameter (native)
- Parse reasoningText content blocks and reasoning deltas in streaming
- Fix Converse API role transformation for tool results (tool → user)
- Add comprehensive multi-turn tool calling tests
- All 17 unit tests passing, 6/6 live tests validated against AWS Bedrock
