[#32] ci: configure EAS project with existing project ID

Add EAS project configuration to enable non-interactive builds:
- Add projectId (bd031b01-b8a5-47d7-9678-0307138fec19) to app.json
- Add owner (akvo) to app.json for proper project association
- Set appVersionSource to "remote" in eas.json

This links the app to the existing @akvo/agriconnect project on Expo,
enabling GitHub Actions to build without interactive setup.
