* fix(cas): add retry logic and validation for CAS API calls

Add retry logic with exponential backoff to handle transient failures when calling CAS API. Retry on network errors, 5xx errors, non-200 status codes, and HTML responses (issue #325).

Add WARN logging for all CAS failure scenarios to improve observability.

Fix typo: 'ffailed' -> 'failed'

* build(deps): add github.com/go-pkgz/repeater v1.2.0 dependency

Add repeater library for retry logic implementation and update vendor directory.

* fix(router): change route definition to use Group(), was missing

* fix(router): change another route definition to use Group(), was missing

* build(deps): update go-pkgz/routegroup to v1.6.0

Related to improved Route method behavior on root bundle
